Our Service
We know your time is precious, so we’ve recently invested in two new vans, easily recognisable by their stunning new livery, to collect and deliver your parts. We are able to transport items up to 2.5m length, 1.4m height and 1.7m width. If the weight of any single item exceeds 25kg, or is of a bulky nature, please be aware that you will need to arrange assistance for our driver, in loading the vehicle.
We are fully insured against damage arising from the transportation of goods. However, if your items are of high monetary value, you may wish to look into insuring them independently. Whilst we take every care possible, when loading/unloading items, we strongly advise you to pack your items in some protective wrapping or place them in a box, if they are of a delicate nature.
We will arrange a suitable time and date with you, on which to collect/deliver your goods. At busier times, we may not be able to offer you this service on a preferred date. In such instances, we will suggest an alternative date, as close as possible to the original requested.
Terms & Conditions
Our delivery & collection service is offered to anyone requiring the transportation of parts/components to and from our premises. Whilst we operate mainly within the county, we can and often do collect and deliver goods over greater distances. Please note that if you are located at a considerable distance from us, we can also arrange for a dedicate courier company to collect and deliver your goods. With respect to our own service, we cannot guarantee a time & date for delivery/collection but will try to accommodate your requirements as best we can. Where possible, we will advise you of any delays incurred or of any other factors that affect our service, as well as those that are out of our control. In the first instance, we would advise you to contact us to discuss your requirements.
